The fact that it is close to the so called "russian area" of istanbul which is the true shopping center of the old Istanbul
This hotel used to be good and I have been a faithful customer for the last 12 years. Not anymore. Specifically, the staff is constantly looking at your bill and canceling your room access card, despite the fact that they had on file my credit card. Im an international premier customer and I really didn't appreciate the way this hotel handled my clientele. This was the last time I wasted my money there.
The service was great in all departments. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Very good wi-fi.
The room had no view and was a bit on the small side. The bathroom was very disappointing. The shower is only 50cm wide and there is definitely no hydro massage - the spouts are there but the water pressure is so low one can only use one spout at a time. Bathroom is pretty and very clean though.
Good location, room was fine for what I needed and clean. Breakfast was adequete.
There was no blanket on the bed just an empty duvet cover which was a bit strange. There was no internal lock on the door which I was a bit uncomfortable with as a female, however this was the same at another hotel I stayed at in Istanbul.
The hotel had triple rooms which were very useful for a family of six. They were able to put us up in adjoining rooms and that gave us relative privacy and comfort for all six of us. The bathroom was perfect, strong showers, simple lines and worked well. The front desk was very helpful, Mustafa, in particular. We had a great trip and the location allowed us to walk to the sights in the Old City or take the tram right outside. Both worked well. Location right next to the Doubletree on Ordu Cadessi.
No real complaints, they met our needs. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were adequate, not large, not small. Windows effective in shutting out any noises.
Excellent location, good value for money, nice rooms
Breakfast was very basic, contructing works near hotel.
the room & bathroom was comfort and soft.. as well the breakfast is wonderful
yes i didn't like at all the hotel stuff were uncooperative. i had a guest joining me my breakfast then when he is leaving they asked him to pay where they know that he is my guest and my room should be charged!! hotel rules are very tough & annoying...
The breakfast collection is very poor. They are not allowing the electric iron and kettle in the room.
I booked a suite with jaccuzi etc. there for 240 Euro by internet, and when i went there they gave me a room with 3 beds not a suite. and the personal claimed that we had to pay 240 euro. after i saw the room i talked to them and the "apologized" and gave me 80 euros back.it felt like they were trying to get more money by lying. but potherwise the hotel is fine service etc.
this time i stay only few hours, but everything was fine
New Rooms/Bed/TV/Bathroom-Rain shower is a plus. Close proximity to Beyazit Square: 5minutes walk, Grand Bazaar: 10minutes walk, Blue Mosque: 15minutes walk, TramVay station: just at hotel front. Easily accessible to Ataturk airport with a change of trains at Zeytinburnu :) Overall very satisfied
Excellent staff , very clean & comfortable not to mention the great location.
Hotel, rooms, breakfast, staff everything was good. They also speak english so no problem in interacting with them.
I caught cold so I wanted some ginger juice. It is obvious the hotel kitchen has ginger but they said they donot have it. I asked the receptionist can they get me some ginger from the market as I was new in to that place. He didnot reply me properly and just said you can get it in the market. But which market no address was given by him and he turned away. This was very bad experience as I was not well that time. He didnot care at all. If they wanted they could have helped me in getting a small peice of ginger from anywhere. But they didnot bother.
Nice room, good breakfast, good point for shopping
With the exception of overchaged breakfast served in the room the rest of the services were fairly good and the employees including the manager very polite
The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located exactly in the center and really close to the shops and bars.
No pool, no gym in the hotel. Less pariking opportunities. Was really difficult to find a place for the car.
